In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the rvp8 platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rvp8 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the holder is under the minimum age.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual in your own personal capacity, and not as a professional or commercial operator.
• You have the legal right to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your country or territory of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to or use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or licensing restriction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of rvp8 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game studios whose products appear on the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the rvp8 platform under any prior account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

To access the full range of rvp8 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the rvp8 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. rvp8 reserves the right to verify all information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rvp8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify rvp8 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Account currency: All accounts on rvp8 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rvp8 does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.
• No transfer of accounts: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

rvp8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Upon first withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When cumulative deposits exceed Rp 10,000,000 within a 30-day rolling period.
• When rvp8 has reasonable grounds to verify identity for fraud prevention or AML compliance purposes.
• When a Player requests an increase in their account deposit or withdrawal limits.

The following documents may be requested during KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., screenshot of BCA Mobile or BRI Internet Banking showing account holder name).
• Source of funds declaration: In certain high-value or high-frequency cases, rvp8 may request a written declaration or supporting documentation confirming the lawful source of deposited funds.

Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. rvp8 aims to process all submitted KYC documents within 24–48 hours (WIB business days). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account restrictions.

5.1 Deposits

rvp8 accepts deposits via the following verified payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to availability and issuing bank approval).

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your rvp8 account balance within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within 1–5 minutes for local bank transfers during standard banking hours. rvp8 does not charge any processing fee on incoming deposits; however, your own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard transfer charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rvp8 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) will have withdrawals processed within 2–4 hours during WIB business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take up to 8 hours.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before Real Funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• rvp8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing time.

rvp8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the minimum deposit threshold must be met in a single transaction. Multiple smaller deposits cannot be combined to meet the threshold.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%–20%; slots contribute 100%; virtual sports and e-sports markets contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are published in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While bonus wagering is active, a maximum single bet limit applies (typically Rp 200,000 per bet or spin). Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are present may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse: rvp8 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will have its bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

rvp8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, rvp8 will honor the original terms stated at the point of claim.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the rvp8 platform:

• Bet finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be amended, canceled, or reversed by the Player.
• Sports betting: All sports betting markets — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup, and AFF Cup), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, volleyball, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) — are governed by the specific sport rules published in our Help Center. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.
• Asian handicap and mix parlay: Voor bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets carry their own result-determination rules. Void legs in a mix parlay selection will reduce the accumulator to the remaining selections at adjusted odds.
• Live in-play betting: Live market odds fluctuate in real time. rvp8 accepts no responsibility for odds changes between the moment a player initiates a bet and the moment it is confirmed by the system. The odds confirmed at acceptance time are final.
• Casino and slot games: All slot games and casino table games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
• System malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure, software bug, or platform error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome, rvp8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts without liability for any expected winnings.
• Maximum payout limits: Single-event and single-session maximum payout limits apply and are published in our Help Center. rvp8 reserves the right to limit payouts exceeding these thresholds at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rvp8 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening more than one account, whether directly or through nominees, family members, or third parties.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to RNG prediction software, bet-hedging bots, or scripted wagering automation.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game to gain a systematic advantage over the house.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, including acting as an agent or operating a commercial betting syndicate through your personal account.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any content that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful to rvp8 or its staff via the platform's live chat or communication channels.

All content, materials, branding, and software available on the rvp8 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, game software, text, data compilations, and source code — are the exclusive intellectual property of rvp8 or are used under license from their respective third-party owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithms underlying the Platform.
• The right to use rvp8 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any public communication, marketing material, or social media content without prior written authorization.
• The right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of rvp8's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvp8 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors or third-party supplier failures.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any tax liabilities, legal consequences, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where rvp8 is found to be liable for a claim despite the foregoing limitations, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of rvp8, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

rvp8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling at rvp8 include:

• All data transmissions between your device and our platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We share data with third-party service providers only where strictly necessary for the delivery of our Services — for example, KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game studio operators.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Submit such requests to [email protected].

rvp8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity for adults aged 21 and above. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to have a negative impact on your financial situation, personal relationships, or mental well-being, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available in your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session timers that will log you out after a defined period of play.
• Reality check reminders: Enable pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

rvp8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the minimum age of 21.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by a person located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute against rvp8 with a bank or e-wallet provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements compelling rvp8 to restrict access in certain markets.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rvp8 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no compliance holds are active on the account.

rvp8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvp8 holds its international gaming license.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration s hall be determined by the arbitration body in accordance with its standard procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent rvp8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent imminent harm.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. rvp8 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
